Callum Wilkie
Chief Financial Officer
Callum was appointed CFO at the inception of WCO in March 2023.
Callum holds a bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Management) from the University of Adelaide and is a former Taxation Accountant. He has continued his work and interest in finance on both a full and part time basis since 2017 before officially joining WCO in 2023. His work ethic and consistency are widely respected in the business world and beyond.

Callum also plays AFL football professionally for St Kilda Football Club, where he serves as a member of the leadership team as Vice Captain.
He is also in the process of upskilling his leadership qualities by completing an AFL Coaching Course and coaching at lower levels.

Brad Crouch
Chief Operating Officer
Brad was appointed COO at the inception of WCO in March 2023.
​
With a wealth of experience in industrial and commercial investment opportunitues, Brad has an innate knowledge of key business cycles which has led to an understanding of the strategy involved in running a business in todays logistical economy.
Brad has built this knowledge through his interest within the industrial landscape along with time spent working for Colliers in it's Northern industrial team.

Brad is also a key member of the St Kilda Football team and has been able to use lessons learnt throughout his career spanning over a decade to translate into the business landscape.
Dean O'Brien
Director
Dean has been a Director of WCO Freight since it's Inception in March 2023.
Dean holds a Bachelor of International Business (Finance and Economics) from RMIT University in Melbourne.
With a strong finance background, Dean brings a fresh perspective to the transportation industry.
His expertise drives operational efficiency and financial savings for clients with a data driven approach that highlights WCO's desire to prioritise passing on market leading rates to it's customers.
Dean's leadership ensures WCO delivers on its promise to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, adapting to meet clients' needs in a dynamic market
Daniel Mighell
Director
Daniel has been a Director of WCO Freight since it's Inception in March 2023.
Daniel has a background in commercial construction where he spent well over a decade working across numerous roles.
This experience provides Daniel with invaluable insights as he knows the importance of timing and delivery when working towards project deadlies and everyday operations.

With a deep understanding of client needs and industry intricacies, Daniel spearheads the sales team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for clients.
His follow up and commitment to clients is an asset to WCO Freight delivering on its mission to maintain an unmatched level of customer service.
